2020 Senior Graduation Guide
How many tickets will our family receive to attend graduation?
Five tickets will be issued per graduate. Attendees for each graduate must sit together and cannot occupy more than the five seats they have been allotted. This allows for proper social distancing and spacing requirements from the Texas Education Agency. Click here to view a seating diagram.
Is seating assigned?

How will the seating blocks be designated?
Do children count toward ticket allotments?
If my family is not going to use all five tickets may we give them to another family?
If a friend or family member will not be attending, will there be other options for them to view the ceremony?
Where is the stadium?
What is the bag policy?
Will concessions be available?
Where will we park?
Will there be wheelchair access?
Will all graduates and attendees be required to wear face coverings?
Will hand sanitizer be available?
Hand sanitizer will be available at all stadium entrances.
Will there be a health-screening process before entering the stadium?
Texas Education Agency guidance and executive orders from the governor require that all participating students and attendees must be screened prior to the ceremony. All participants will be contacted prior to the ceremony, reminding them of state-recommended protocols if they have experienced any new or worsening signs or symptoms of possible COVID-19. Signs will also be posted at the gates reminding visitors to check with a nurse on site if exhibiting the symptoms listed below:
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Repeated shaking with chills
- Muscle pain
- Sore throat
- Loss of taste or smell
- Feeling feverish or a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit
- Known close contact with a person who is lab confirmed to have COVID-19 if exposure to the active confirmed case occurred within the last 14 days.
How will stadium entrance and exit be managed to adhere with social distancing guidelines?
How will graduates enter and exit the field safely?
Will the principal distribute diplomas or shake hands?
How will my child receive their diploma?
Will printed programs be available at the ceremony? If we do not attend, will we be able to get a program?
